Russia offers to increase population, 13 lakh rupees to women who have 10 children

Russia's population is declining. The country's President Vladimir Putin is upset by this. He has asked women to have 10 children to get out of this crisis. On doing this, women will be given 1 billion rubles i.e. 13 lakh rupees.

Women who give birth to 10 children will also be given an award named 'Mother Heroine'. This award was also given to women during the Second World War. Even at that time the population of Russia was declining rapidly. Russia stopped giving this award after the breakup of the Soviet Union in 1991.

When will women get money?
Putin issued a decree on 15 August. According to this, women will be given the full amount at once. This amount will be transferred to the mother's account after the 10th child turns one year old (on the first birthday of the 10th child). Even if the mother loses her child in an attack or the child dies due to some reason, only then the mother will be given full Rs 13 lakh.
